How do the resources arrive?
StepSpark Learning products are digital downloads. No physical item is posted. After purchase, you will receive access to the file linked to the product.
What format are the resources?
Most products are supplied as A4 PDF files. Bundles may be supplied as a ZIP file containing multiple PDFs.
Can I print only the pages I need?
Yes. You can print the complete resource or select individual pages in your PDF reader's print settings.
Can I reuse the resource?
Yes, within the licence supplied with your purchase. You may reprint the resource for your own permitted use.
Do I need specialist software?
No specialist software is required. A standard PDF reader can open individual resources. ZIP bundles may need to be extracted before opening the PDFs.
What if I have a download problem?
