Digital Downloads, Cancellations & Refunds
Last updated: 11 September 2026
StepSpark Learning sells digital educational content only. No physical product is posted. Digital files are normally supplied automatically after successful payment.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation rights
For digital content supplied immediately, you will be asked before purchase to expressly agree to the digital content being supplied immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel where that right would otherwise apply.
If the required agreement and acknowledgement have not been validly obtained, your statutory cancellation rights are not restricted by this policy.
Where you retain a legal right to cancel, please contact us using the details below and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
Faulty, misdescribed or unavailable digital content
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
If a digital resource is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be downloaded as promised, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, which may include correcting or re-supplying the file. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate price reduction or refund.
Download or access problems
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased file, please contact us with your order number. We will help restore access or re-supply the download where appropriate.
Accidental or duplicate purchases
If you believe you have placed an accidental or duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances fairly. Nothing in this policy removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Change of mind
Once immediate supply of digital content has begun after you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right, we are generally not required to provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Resource licence
Purchases are also subject to the StepSpark Learning Resource Licence. That licence governs how purchased resources may be used, but it does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
